We teach the fundamentals and body mechanics of the swing. We use various toss and tee drills to assess and correct swing flaws. You’ll perform the front toss drill to improve your timing and zone recognition. We’ll also discuss the mental approach of hitting, to improve in game performance.


You’ll re-learn the fundamentals and body mechanics of throwing a baseball.  We will have you perform various pitching/throwing drills and exercises to asses and correct your throwing motion. We’ll discuss the mental approach to pitching and how to attack the hitter. For training, you’ll use band and light weights to help improve strength and flexibility of the throwing arm.
